Lennox Head was thriving with activity over the weekend with the 2007 Icon Australia All Girls Surfing Showdown.

The competition started on Saturday and was moved to Ballina for the day due to better surf conditions. However it returned to it's usual location on Sunday and Monday with excellent off shore winds and 2-3 metre swells.

The was a great turnout of spectators too, probably helped by the beautiful sunny weather.
